SHANGHAI, September 27 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev arrived in Shanghai on Monday. This will be the last stopover of the Russian president’s three-day official visit to China. Earlier, Medvedev visited Beijing, Dalian (the former Dalny port) and Lushun (former Port Arthur).
